Very welcoming as soon as I walked in the door at BA location. They walked me thru different setups, explained each to me, sized me for a bike, let me test ride and in the end I went home with a Trek. They got hooked up with safety gear and tools and offered advice plus shared their stories! I’ll always use this location for all my bike needs because of this interaction.

While some of the instore accessories inventory is limited, the techs are more than helpful at discussing my needs, recommending a solution, and ordering anything you can think of. I really appreciate the assistance, it has kept me from making more than a few mistakes.

Quality of the products.
An easy exchange from the Springdale location to the Fayetteville location. Springdale employee recommended the xt chain versus the deore, but I didn’t want to spend $15 more over the deore. Bought the deore chain but then did some a research and changed my mind before I opened the chain, returned it Fayetteville and bought the xt chain (I was in Fayetteville and it was easier for me to do that than Springdale). No issues and I will now probably buy the parts that the employees suggest for me :-)

The people. Adam and the folks in the shop that I work with care and are nice to work with. Client experience is key in this game, and this shop is beating the competition. We only go to mojo now for bike bling. You do however need a popsicle hotline. My old FX7.2 was never comfortable to ride, putting too much pressure on my hands so that they were numb, and it was hard to mount. So I thought I needed to get a new step through bike. But rather than trying to sell me a new bike, Perry suggested that we see if my bike could be modified maybe by raising the handle bar. That wasn’t an option after looking at the handlebar. After he watched me ride, we concluded that the frame size was to small. Then we adjusted the configurations on the new Verve step through and it was so comfortable. The range of movement on the handle bar was impressive. I like that he tried to fix the old bike before looking to sell a new bike.
It was fantastic to have been offered and served a beer before I reached the checkout!

Seth was super helpful. Assessed all 3 of the bikes I brought in and took the time to educate me about some maintenance stuff. Location in Bella Vists will definitely be my go to bike shop.
