The bikes we wanted were made available, through ordering, and assembled within a timely manner.
The sale price was a good one and a great offer in contrast to other companies selling the same bike.
It was really nice,for a change, finding that we could buy Local, and surprisingly, gain the lesser cost , which included services-(assembly, etc. ), without having to drive further to larger, urban bike business's that still did not offer the same discount price.

Counter person(forgot his name sorry😳) was helpful. I rented a bike for the day. He helped me load the bike and explained how it all worked. Returning the bike was easy and he didn’t pressure me but explained he was there to help in the future with any needs I might have. Very nice guy.

What a great experience! Danny took the time to fully understand the issues and concerns I had with my bike as well as my budget, not trying to up sale me, though he did give me multiple options, and took the time to go over items on my bike that would eventually need attention. I have an older Ghost FS 7 and it was in need of some attention. For a very reasonable price I picked my bike up the very next day and it is running better than it has in years. We are fairly new to the area and I can tell you Phat Tire Springdale will get all my business going forward, in large part due to Danny's knowledge and character.
