I came in from OKC to ride and had a flat at 5pm on the trail. I ran it to Phat Tire and the guys got me 2 new tires and valve stems installed while I waited. I was back on the trail by 6!

Phat Tire stands behind their work. We asked them to put training wheels on a child's bike. A couple of months later there was a problem with the training wheels slipping, and they repaired the issue at no charge.
They also go the extra mile to solve problems. We needed to replace a kickstand, and the original part was no longer available. The manufacturer recommended a replacement part, but it didn't quite fit. They carefully ground the mounting piece on the replacement part until it fit. They did not charge us any extra labor fee for installing the replacement kickstand.
