Found a great deal on a road bike - quality product at a very good price. Everyone has a positive attitude and are outgoing. Helpful - maybe motivated by a sale but they didn't pressure me at all. We have purchased 4 bikes and lots of accessories from Phat Tire over the years. On Saturday I took my 6 year olds Trek in because it wasn't shifting into 1st gear. I've had other bikes worked on and know there is always a demand for the mechanics. The guy at the store (sorry, I don't know his name, the only one working on Wednesday, September 4th at 5:30 p.m.) fixed it on the spot and was extremely professional and patient with my kids endless questions. Another great experience.
