The store was full of professional bike employees that knew about bikes and look to give the product they felt was best for the interested customer and not just sell.
Although, the price scale should be changed and/or created that when someone buys a bike on amazon, or ordered in general that Phat Tire of Fayetteville can put it together for them as a reasonable price, my bike only cost me 226$ but just to put it together was 200$ that really kicked me, but the quality of work, assistance, time and delivery was Excellent. Please change the charge scale on those in need of assembly.

These guys did a great job of changing two old tires for me.
Service tech was very good at listening to my concern. I purchased an ebike from overseas not realizing it had the lower speed limiter. He looked into my issue and it was not something he could resolve on my trek rail. He explained the issue and gave me advise on ways i could remedy the issue without replacing my motor. He went above and beyond by doing a spot check on the bike and finding a loose bolt that was making a noise i had not noticed. I was travelling and the shop got me in and out quickly so i could get back to riding. Awesome experience and i will return to your shop if any repairs or purchases are needed next time i visit the area.
Great service! Service department told me the problems and they fixed it! Took about 1 hour to make all of the repairs and replace tires and brake pads.
