SETH ROCKS! It’s important to have an avid cyclist running a shop. Seth knows the trails, right down to specific trees and roots on obscure trail sections. It’s a gas to be able to say “you know that root just after rock garden on Medusa?” and his face lights up because he is replaying his last ride in that exact spot. Ngl, I really didn’t like you guys back in the day and only went in to pester everyone about NICA when we were starting that up around ten years ago. Mojo was my jam, then High Roller. It wasn’t until y’all had that temp spot on Wishing Springs and I started walking down there from my office that I realized what a cool shop you had. The OG shop on the square still gives me anxiety, but I’m so glad to have a shop down the road from my house. It’s wild how y’all have grown. I hope you continue to be successful. Give my best to Tim, whom I have heard through the grapevine has been unwell of late.

I’m a first time buyer from a cycle shop here in Arkansas. I haven’t cycled in 35+ years and now taking up the sport. I came into Phat Tire to have a new tube installed on a bike and purchase new pedals. I was really impressed that the gentleman who helped me was super courteous to me, didn’t treat me poorly because I purchased a used bike, instead he was extremely helpful. He pointed out that the tire had limited life in them and suggested I was careful until I decided to replace them. The gave me an honest cost to replace the tires that wasn’t unreasonable. I know down the road once I decide I’ve made a wise choice in taking up cycling, I will be back to Phat Tire to purchase an investment bike. Until then thank you for such kind and wonderful service.
