The exceptional expertise and speed with which you work. I’m very impressed that if a repair takes 30 minutes or less, you do the work immediately. This means a lot because taking my car into the bike shop is not easy, due to the smaller size of my vehicle. Only having to take one trip is huge. Each time I have gone to your shop, which is at least four times, the repair has been great. Makes it easy to trust you are doing a great job. That’s all I care about when it comes to my kids bikes.

It's a good shop with helpful and knowledgeable staff, I really wish the shop would open earlier in the day I sat outside the coffee shop a few days ago with a guy who drove up from Fort Smith to shop for a new bike He had to wait more than an hour for the shop to open In hot summer weather, I always ride early as do many other older riders I think bike shops should be open at 8:00 am
