I had not been a Phat Tire customer for many years. I stopped in, by chance, just to see what bicycles you had on the floor. I've been shopping for months to replace my fifteen-year-old Roubaix. You had the right model (Domane SL6) and it had the features I considered important: Ultegra mechanical groupset, 700-32c tires with the clearance to go up to a 38, of course the Domane endurance frame, and at the right price. But more importantly, your sales person, David Barnes, was excited about riding, either had, or got, answers to my specific questions ("Threaded bottom bracket right?") and acted like he cared if I was satisfied with my choice. How could I not buy the bike? Congratulations to Phat Tire, and to David for creating the right bicycle shopping experience.
