The guys that work at Phat Tire are very professional and helpful. I've gone in there several times before buying and they always answered my questions and I didn't feel harrassed or embarrassed that I just looked. They were thorough when I bought my bike. I like their location in Edmond. Trek bikes are solid and trustworthy.

Great rental experience! I was able to rent the bike at closing time for the following day, and the sales technician spent extra time with me to assure the bike was good to go - even changing out the SPD clips one of the pedals for me. They were also the only shop I found to be open on July 4, allowing me to ride all day on the fantastic trails in the area. I highly recommend Phat Tire!
