We have had an excellent experience at both locations. Unfortunately, they were not able to get the e-bikes that we wanted because they are on back-order (typical everywhere right now) but we will be going there for service and any other items we may need. Great vibe and you get the feeling that they really care about their customers.

My wife and I along with many friends like to support small business. We have always received great service with both sales and service. We patronize the Irmo location -- and it's a great location given that we live between Chapin and Prosperity.
Our bikes, Trek hybrids purchased in May 2017, have been great. They have been ridden extensively and including the trails of the Great Allegheny Passage in Pennsylvania. The Saris bike rack (hitch mounted) we purchased years ago has been great -- and used extensively. No complaints about the products, how they perform and how they last. Also, service has been great when it comes to major tune-ups and fine tuning gear shifting adjustments, etc.

During a time of limited inventory and uncertainty of future supply, Mike still went the extra mile to help me purchase a new bike for my 11-year-old son. Outspokin has been my go-to bike shop since I bought my first mountain bike at least ten years
