Helpful sales people- talked me through features that I didn’t know about. I bought my last bike 15 years ago and they have changed so much! Laura helped me pick out a bike by letting me test ride a few different kinds that helped me decide. The one I wanted was out of my budget, but she found the previous model online for $300 less. The bike is a joy to ride, 14 lbs lighter than my old Trek, and beautiful. I can take on the hills in my neighborhood with much more confidence!
We had just the right amount of help and there was a pretty good selection of women's jerseys. We were able to get the parts we needed.

The service department is amazing. They never seem to upsell or push me towards something i don't need. The turn around time on repairs is fantastic as well.
Recently due to moving I went an extended period without riding my road bicycle and failed to notice that the tubeless tires were naturally losing air. When I finally went to take the bike out for a ride I found that the front tire was flat. I attempted to inflate the tire but due to the nature of tubeless tires without an air compressor I was unable to do so. So I went to Outspokin' Bicycles for assistance and they were happy to assist.
While waiting for the tire to be inflated a Trek Marlin 7 caught my eye so I took it for a test ride.
Long story short, I left Outspokin' Bicycles with not only a fully inflated tire for my road bike but a brand spankin' new rTrek Marlin 7.
Moral of the story is that by now my wife should know better than to let me go to a bike shop without her.

My bike was shipped to the shop for assembly from diamondback. It was ready much earlier than expected and everyone was very nice and did their best to take care of me as quickly as possible even though the store was a little busy. Didn’t really do much shopping but I’m definitely impressed with the personnel
while expensive, the products and service are top notch. My bike was repaired on time and works well.
