Fantastic staff and very helpful
This my second TREK bicycle from Outspoken and I expect nothing but the best. I do have one question, however. The bike came with a generic manual. Is there a more model-specific manual for my Verve 2 LT Gen 5? Please let me know. Thanks
I wanted to replace an old mountain bike and the guys at the shop did not pressure me to go outside of my budget. I purchased a Trek Marlin 4 which is the least expensive of the Treks in this line. It was just what I needed. I stopped by several times before making a decision and the staff at Outspokin’ was friendly and helpful each time. The Lifetime Tune Ups was a definite plus.

Dropped by OSB for an appointment for new tires and tubes. I didn’t have my bike with me and explained I was biking wednesday and would like to drop the bike off thursday morning. At 10:00 am thursday morning l
had dropped my bike off and went to breakfast. Before finishing breakfast I received a call from Outspoken stating my bike was ready. Excellent service, by the way got in a good ride friday on new tires around the Fort.
