As a single mom, not by choice my husband passed away about a year ago, it’s difficult doing the things that he would’ve done. My son quickly grew into his father‘s bike, and when it broke, he was heartbroken. After trying two different parts myself, and still not successfully repairing his bike, I called outspoken. The company looked at the bike, free of charge and called and provided an estimate prior to making the repairs. The charges were reasonable, but most of all when we picked up the bike, the store had saved the parts from the original bike. This may seem minor to many and to some they may question why didn’t you just throw them away. However, to a grieving family who is holding on to everything that reminds us of “Daddy”, for a 12-year-old this was warmth, this was live. Thank you for doing more than repairing a bike, you saved a piece of his Daddy for him.

With very few real bicycle shops around Outspokin stands alone for quality bikes and service. They tuned up a Schwinn CrossFit bicycle and made it better than new.
