Great service and personal attention to all my cycling needs.
Fear and ignorance had kept me on regular push pedals for years, so I asked James for his advice while I was in the store for a tune-up. He informed me of the pros and cons of the different setups and offered his personal preference based on his riding style. I was sold on the spot and added new SPD clipless mountain pedals, shoes, and cleats to my order. He had to back-order the shoes for the color I wanted. When I came in to pick up the bike, he had even installed the cleats for me.
I'm happy to report that riding on the updated setup yesterday was a game-changer! My only regret was not doing this years ago. Kudos to James for helping me level up and to everyone in the store I encountered during both visits last week or two--you have a good vibe there.

The service is fast and friendly and the prices are reasonable. My last experience there was exceptional. I brought a bike in with a very uncommon size tire and I needed the tube replaced. I had expected to leave it there and to get it back in a few days. They tech found the tube in stock and installed it on the spot. It only took a few minutes and was out of there.

Very professional and personalized service. They basically rebuilt and older bike of mine and it looks brand new and rides great. I had never had to remove the front wheel before and unlock the brakes to put it in my car, then put it back together again. This may seem very simple to most people, but they were very patient and helpful showing me how easy it was. Great customer service and quality repair!!!
Their sales advice is exellent and has been for decades. If they don't have it, they can order it if it exhists. All the employees strive to do excellent work. When something is not is good as it should be, they will try again with no bickering.
