Irmo Outspoken helped me get my 65 year od Schwinn Tiger back on the road! Even tires are difficult to obtain for that model. They were persistent and patient and did find all parts needed over an 18 month period. Whenever I spoke with them I expected to get the message, "Come get your old bicycle out of our way!" But when they did call and say come get it, it was ready to ride!
We have purchased multiple bicycles and helmets for grandkids and have always been happy with the service and prices. They have even assisted my son in law in Plattsburg NY in securing a helmet he could not find elsewhere.
However, this last business/service transaction is something I have not seen in a long time. Knowing that I had a sentimental connection with an old bicycle, Outspoken went over and above to provide customer service that could not have provided them with much or any short-term profit.

Awesome bike shop!
Came in to get my mechanical brakes tuned up. Told Matt my riding habits, style, and where I wanted to ride. Asked some other questions and he answered those as well. He didn’t really drag on the conversation just to the point and with solid answers. Anyway, he recommended hydraulic brakes. We worked somethings out and he found me something that was in my price range and helped me to trade in a bike I was no longer using as much as I wanted. Took my bike to Harbison State Forest and I’m not just saying this but I truly mean it. It was one of the best rides I had. My new brakes weren’t hanging up and were very responsive. I could really get into the turns and obstacles with confidence. My ascents felt less labored as well.( no brakes dragging). I could really excel on my descents knowing I would be able to stop. Matt knows his stuff. I’m looking forward to continuing to upgrade my bike as soon as possible and that is the only place I’m taking it. He knows his stuff and has the patience to explain it to you. Not once did he try to sell me something I didn’t need. He listened and came through with outstanding service. Please take your bikes there they won’t let you down.

Visited on 2 occasions. Friendly staff and useful into on both. Second time person helping didn't seem to know all features of one model of the bike I was considering compared to a cheaper model. Trust Outspoken expertise and ongoing maintenance more than other bicycle shops I have visited.
