Very professional and personalized service. They basically rebuilt and older bike of mine and it looks brand new and rides great. I had never had to remove the front wheel before and unlock the brakes to put it in my car, then put it back together again. This may seem very simple to most people, but they were very patient and helpful showing me how easy it was. Great customer service and quality repair!!!
Their sales advice is exellent and has been for decades. If they don't have it, they can order it if it exhists. All the employees strive to do excellent work. When something is not is good as it should be, they will try again with no bickering.
Excellent customer service, even when I'm just bringing my bike in for its free annual tune up. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and give honest opinions on any additional repairs or upgrades to be made. No matter how small the repair, or what kind of item is needed, the service is top notch. Helpful sales people- talked me through features that I didn’t know about. I bought my last bike 15 years ago and they have changed so much! Laura helped me pick out a bike by letting me test ride a few different kinds that helped me decide. The one I wanted was out of my budget, but she found the previous model online for $300 less. The bike is a joy to ride, 14 lbs lighter than my old Trek, and beautiful. I can take on the hills in my neighborhood with much more confidence!
We had just the right amount of help and there was a pretty good selection of women's jerseys. We were able to get the parts we needed.

The service department is amazing. They never seem to upsell or push me towards something i don't need. The turn around time on repairs is fantastic as well.
The service is fast and friendly and the prices are reasonable. My last experience there was exceptional. I brought a bike in with a very uncommon size tire and I needed the tube replaced. I had expected to leave it there and to get it back in a few days. They tech found the tube in stock and installed it on the spot. It only took a few minutes and was out of there.
