The gentleman who helped us was so patient and helpful. We were searching for a mountain bike and accessories for our 16 year-old son and know NOTHING about selecting the appropriate equipment. But the Outspokin employee (his name may have been Martin; lovely long dreads) took his time showing us all options and answering our questions. He explained the baglog of orders due to pandemic supply chain issues - which we knew would be an issue - and we ultimately chose a beautiful Trek Roscoe 8 that should arrive in early October. But we were able to get a great helmet, gloves and water holder that day. Very pleased with our experience!

I like Trek bikes, especially the hybrid I bought many years ago. I just had some maintenance on it and it rides smoothly again. You have great service and the Devine Street is a good location for me.
