The Outspoken team got me back on a bike. I couldn’t get out of the bowl in Forest Acres until they set me up with an E – now I’m back on the road again.
I really liked this shop! The people are fantastic and passionate about what they do. If you need your bike looked at and serviced, take it here. Communication was great and straightforward. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. They do have a great line of bikes in their shop if you are looking to buy though!
Excellent service and selection. Highly recommended.
Never a disappointment with these folks. The mechanics are top tier and very helpful.
I like everything about the store and the people that work there. We’re from out of town but every visit we come into Columbia I head there first.
