Can not say enough on how well we were treated. We brought two used bikes to see if they would be worth fixing. With a smile yal took the bikes and within a couple hours we were told they weren't worth fixing.
Not once were we pressured to buy anything.

On April 15 2023, enroute from Pennsylvania to Florida we encountered a small hiccup in our traveling plans. We were driving with our two year old Trek E-bikes on a two year old made for E-bike bike rack with a lifetime guarantee. We were diverted off the interstate due to construction and were traveling through Columbia NC at 40 mph, when the bike rack broke and dumped out E-bikes onto the roadway. I backed up 40 yards and a Good Samaritan helped get the bikes off the road to a safe spot. This man directed us to Outspoken bike shop for assistance. Outspoken in Columbia had a rack we wanted, but it was located in their sister shop in Irmo SC, about 25 minutes away. There we were met by Matt and Mike who had the new rack ready for us. We could not get satisfaction from our broken rack people as their support is closed on the weekends,and I would not purchase one of there racks anyway,although they are very popular. One bike that hit the road heavy sustained some damage and was repaired by Phillip their master technician. All this took a little over 3 hours off our trip, but for the people of Outspoken Bike made a disastrous snag into a great experience. Thank you Outspoken Bike for your professionalism! There really good people out there!

I have been a customer since Outspokin first opened in the early 1980’s. Customer service is key. A bicycle must fit the rider and Outspokin knows the importance of a proper fit. The friendly and know staff also makes for a great retail experience.
