Came into the store because my derailleur hangar was bent. They recommended I also change my chain because it had a good amount of wear on it. 2 day turnaround and bike feels like new.

your expertise is so far above what i was getting @ menifee bikes. really good folks there, always really great to get me rolling again. i ordered my fabulous bike thru them instead of REI where i’ve been a long time member. every tune up tho, i was riding in for them to adjust the derailer constantly. i knew you guys had more ebike experience. i saw that upon you ordering my saris rack. i called yesterday to thank casey and jeff for getting my saris rack in better shape than it was upon delivery. drove me nuts and now both rack and my bike are like new! i know jeff and casey put on their mc guyver hats for the rack as saris was not replying to your warranty request. just thank you so much! stay safe out there and sing really loud! 5600 miles and counting!
