Took in my niece's bike for service as she will need it at college. A last minute thing Labor day weekend . First time in the store. Young man named Anthony handled the issue. He was very friendly and super helpful. He serviced the bike and it was ready Monday by 2P.M. Unbelievable

We really appreciated the time and knowledge shared with us by Anders. He was very instrumental in helping us make the right choice on an ebike. We like doing business with Jax because of the excellent customer service and how they stand behind their products. Sometimes you might have to wait a little to talk with someone but it is so worth it!!! We really don't want to buy a bike from anyone else and neither should you!
