Even though the store was busy, the staff took the time to explain the repair. They also showed me how to put the bike in my car without removing the front wheel.
I needed some chain lube and wanted to try something different. The associate (can't remember his name) was very friendly and super helpful. He showed me all the chain lube options in stock and took the time to go over all the differences between them.
Overall very positive experience. I have been coming here in and off for years and I will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!
The general manager and sales staff were amazing. This is my 1st mountain bike and they explained the differences in the bikes the different components, the different apparel that I might need. Pretty much everything from A to Z. I ended up buying my bike, helmet, glasses, and gloves from there. Would definitely recommend to any friends or family.
Over the last 5+ years, I have found jax to have excellent customer service and 2 perform quality work. My bicycle has required a good amount of service and Amal and Jose are always friendly and helpful. The tubeless flat pack has been a big bonus, also. I highly recommend Jax in Claremont.
