Jimmy, the manager, provides personal service and does what he can to satisfy you needs. If an item is not in stock he will not hesitate to order it and get it delivered in a reasonable time.

Eddy was great from beginning to end. He did the best he could at getting my bike in, repaired, and out. He kept a positive and professional demeanor, the entire process. I called a few places before I came here and I’m glad I did. Thank you Jax for maintaining the best employees in the game. Take care of them.
Staff are excellent listeners, clearly know their product and their craft. They are also very patient. They took the time to explain what to expect in terms of routine maintenance, suggested service intervals, and how Velocare works. At this service interval I explained my chain seemed to be slipping even though it was "locked" into position in a specific gear. Upon inspection it was discovered my chain had stretched and the cassette was worn, both requiring replacement. Subsequent to the repair the bicycle functions flawlessly. I was very satisfied, not to mention pleased, with the results. Clearly they possess the technical skills & knowledge along with the essential communication skills necessary for a successful outcome. I always felt respected by all of the staff and treated with dignity. It would be helpful if a client could schedule a service appointment.
