Seriously fast shipping. In a time when most businesses are struggling to support customers due to short-staffing and other challenges, I was blown away by how quickly my order shipped. I'm not joking - the tracking was sent maybe 2 hours after placing the order. Oh, and they also had the product I needed for a Christmas gift.... that I couldn't find within 50 miles of my home.
