I wanted a specific back pack and they had it. Called in and they reserved for 2 days until I could visit. Was greeted safely and with a simple friendly grace. The pack was 5lbs lighter than my old one, so I bought it with no games and no sales pitch. Exactly what I want in modern service. Perfect.

I had placed an order for the Yakima bike racks through another company, they claimed to have them in stock and that I would receive them in 5 days. After 2 weeks, they let me know they were back ordered and were unsure when I would receive them.
I was in a bind because I needed these items for a cross country trip. I had never ordered from Idaho Mountain Touring, and when I spoke with online chat they told me the items was in stock and they would have it shipped out that day.
The racks were shipped that day and I received them 5 business days later. I could not be happier with the result as I was worried I wouldnt have them in time for the trip.
I was bike shopping...and had no idea what I was bike shopping for. I am 61 and the last bike I had was a 10 speed in high school :). I did some research and looked at some different bikes in different bike shops in the valley. Idaho Mountain Touring really took the time with me. I test drove multiple bikes and really had a hard time making the decision. There was no pressure...just a "it is a big decision, take your time". I decided on an electric bike...(Nana hopes to keep up with the grandkids). The Electra Vale Go. It is fabulous...headed out for a ride now. THANK YOU!!
