Very glad I discovered your shop and ts fairly close to me too. I've had bad experiences with customer service at other shops in both Meridian and Boise (they have been condescending and abrupt at times) but at your shop, it was nothing but friendly, great customer service from the moment I was first greeted at your store through the time I picked up my bike after the repair was done. Please do not change that level of service; it means alot. I'll be a repeat customer.

Your employee Emma was VERY helpful in pointing out specific qualities of the hydration packs, the brands, the sizes, and features. I was really impressed by how she helped as I was bringing back a hydration pack I decided I didn’t want to begin using due to size, and by her explaining the features to me and her experiences with hydration packs, I was able to choose a larger pack that also fit my body better. Thank you for having employees that know your products and are good with people.

Bill was great helping me order a custom mountain bike direct and assemble it at no extra charge. Other bike shops in Boise had no idea how to do this and wanted a fee for assembly.
The shipping was super quick, got my pedals in less than three days.
Scott was on direct custom service/sales duty when I met him a couple of weeks ago (not his usual role due to Covid-19). He was outstandingly patient, thoughtful, and fully engaged. He answered my questions directly to the best of his ability (which is quite high, obviously) and provided feedback on how I might meet my needs the best. No pressure for a sale and super informative!
Because he was soooo impressive I asked for his card after our first interaction so I could engage with him in the future. And, I did. He has an open mind and did a great job of putting himself in my shoes. Because he did that and has great knowledge/experience, I have received excellent service! I am so pleased with process and outcome!
