Friendly and helpful staff
I looked at the bigger stores(rei, cabelas, dicks) stores for the medical kit I purchased and they were all sold out, I figured somebody had to have it local but I'd probably have to go store to store, which I did not want to do. Once I found I could order on your site and pick up in store I was supper thrilled. Probably saved me an hour or two of scrounging around calling and visiting stores.

What I liked most about Idaho Mountain Touring is the friendliness of the staff. I especially liked that staff is down to earth, they weren't trying to impress me with their considerable knowledge, all of the staff I worked had zero arrogance. As ego decreases awareness increases, so I appreciated the staff was fully present when working with me because I haven't purchased a new bike in 20 years.

The Service!! Dax was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.. He really took the time to talk with me about my bike and address my needs and multiple questions. I am fairly new to the area and I recently purchased a bike. It kinda makes me sad I purchased my Trek from a different store. Had I known about this place before hand and what a top notch company it is I 100% would have given them my business.
