Great assortment, either you have what I'm looking for or willing to order it or help me locate it elsewhere. The staff is often very friendly. I've had a few times when the (male) desk staff at the bike shop was a little "gaslight-y". As a woman in a male dominated sport, I was hoping that the service desk staff would be as great as the (male) sales team that I purchased my bike from at IMT and listen to my concerns when explaining what was wrong with my bike and not write me off.
You carry gear that is not sold in my state. For example, you carry backcountry alpine ski equipment which cannot be purchased here.
Customer service is great. Everyone is friendly, professional, and helpful. I am always greeted when I enter and assisted promptly. Service is always quality and generally quick. When it does take a few days due to them being busy, the promised date is always met or exceeded.

Great service and help in deciding which bike rack to purchase. They even helped to call and see if I could get the free bag, which we did. Very helpful and follow up when it arrived. Store location is great and not hard to get to with plenty of parking.

I mean daaaang! Just got back from a trip to ahem, well their namesake and decided I absolutely needed a pair of Fubuki Niseko 3.0 boots. They were surprisingly affordable and EVEN more affordable because they were on a wicked sale. Can it get more better? Well maybe! I ordered them on a Friday around 3pm and paid for ground shipping and I was peacocking around the neighborhood by 2pm the next day.
