Great customer service. The only issue, they need to be able to add how many quantities of an item that is left on inventory so the customer is able to get everything they need and not be informed after the purchase that they dont have everything you wanted or ran out of stock.

My visit was perfect. I came into the store to try and ensure that I would be contacted as soon as alpine touring ski boots became available. Instead I was able to try on and be fitted for the pair I wanted. I was on a tight time schedule but two staff were able to help me leave with boots. Not only did I get boots but I also received a great lesson about skiing in the backcountry. I’ll be back for bindings when I have more time to visit.

Jerod was sooo amazing and patient helping me select a new e-bike that would suit my very unique requirements—including being able to tow my dear friend who is immobile due to ALS. After my purchase the service desk helped source the exact parts I’d need to tow a heavy trailer behind my bike and then Sam even put together the bike rack for my car the same day I picked up my bike.
