Nice shoppe, great staff
The team at all HELEN’s are always very helpful.
Just wish they had better hours.
Helen's always seems to have what i need whenever i drop in, for instance, i needed a dropper seat-post for a specialized frame with unique seat tube diameter. Brady was able to find everything i needed so that i could successfully install the parts myself (service shop was understandably booked up and had about a week-long backlog in front of me... but i needed my bike before Memorial Day weekend).
The rest of the staff at Helen's was very very busy but also very very cheerful and helpful when it was my turn.
If i only had 1 complaint, it's that there is no longer a Helen's in Marina del Rey, so i had to venture to Santa Monica, but they saved my ride, so oh well ;)
Brooklyn in the shop, the salesman who helped me pick out some accessories, and the check out gal were all rockstars.

I Martin is my go to bike shop. Terrific selection of curated bikes, clothes and accessories, and an absolutely great service department! A gem in the middle of Los Angeles!
