Staff is great in service
The service was quick and well done with attention to detail. My bike looked brand new and functioned like brand new. I bought it at HELENS in 2000 and put thousands of miles on it before I had a major health challenge. I'm back and gearing up for the MALIBU TRI where I will once again race with this bike. Nice selection and a great staff. Ernesto is a great asset to the store. So is Winston. Actually the whole team at I.Martin is terrific. They are friendly, knowledgeable and competent. And they are low pressure (no pressure really, just information and options) when it comes to sales. I would definitely recommend I.Martin to anyone shopping for a bike or bike repair.

My bike is 35 years old and your crew has given it tune-ups for many, many years. But it finally needed a new rear hub. What a difference! My bike is riding so smoothly, now. Even the hills are easier to climb. Thanks for working on it.
