You fix a flat tire your charger more then what is supposed to and when you get home we find out the back brake was not working.

the repairs were done quickly which is great.
after replacing the chain, the cassette and the derailer, our tandem works better than it did, but the person who did the repairs did not take the time to assure that all gears are working well. several slip out. we need to bring the bike back for adjustments and i am sorry that you didnt do this completely the first time

Leo deeply understands customer service. This is a very good bike shop with a wonderful repair department. They do what they say and have always followed through. Reasonably priced too.
Josh was wondeful! Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient! He fitted me with a nine that meets my needs and lifestyle and made sure it was ride-ready when I left.
In addition, he offered sage advice about seating, height, sizing, etc.

After quoting a price for service the customer should be contacted if the charges are going to be increased, and thus exceed the original quote. In my opinion it is the best way to manage the customer's expectations with respect to charges for service.
Bought 2 of a particular product only to later discover they were not the same...returned the incorrect one and presently waiting for the correct one to come into stock.
That was one thing.....the other thing was the return/order process seemed to be unnecessarily complicated.
I'll still continue shopping at Helens but since you asked, I'm telling you....!!

Then it cost $44 to fix even more wow!
This for a bike YOU sold me - should be free if the chain breaks 6 months into the ownership of a new bike - especially when the repair person says the original chain was defective
Oh well I buy my next bike from somewhere else
