I have brought my kids’ bikes here a few times to be fixed, the most recent being this past weekend because a part that holds the front wheel on fell off. Everyone is always so helpful and I have always been very pleased with the service.

Noah and Des, at the Eldorado Hills location were great and very helpful professionals. I had my bike upgraded with a new Ultegra groupset and carbon wheels that I supplied. They answered all my questions and the build was done very fast (dropped off the bike on Sunday and picked up Monday late afternoon). Parts needed to complete the build were in stock. Honestly, I could not be happier. A huge Thank You to Folsom Bikes!! You guys exceeded my expectations.

Friendly and professional! I went in to test ride a bike I saw on the website and they kindly set up the bike for me, including putting on my pedals which I had brought along. The shop is right across from the lovely American River bike path so you can truly get a feel for how a bike fits you. The store is decidedly low pressure and if you are slow to make decisions, like me, it's no problem! I took my new bike home that afternoon and I am SO PSYCHED to ride it! Thanks again for all of your help.

Went into Folsom bike EDH for a minor flat repair as I don’t trust my work being relatively new to mountain biking. I always wanted and eBike as I am not 20 years old but with so many options I always walk out empty handed. The one change this time was the sales guy Patrick. He had a 2022 Trek Rail 5 that was the entry into the Rail line at $5649. No pressure sale, he offered to let me demo the bike and trusted the bike would be what I wanted. After riding it around I returned expecting the full court press but it was the opposite. Patrick simply asked how often do you ride and would this bike make you enjoy it more. I very quickly made the decision that it would be a game changer and I did not want to walk out without it this time. I could have wrote a check but I asked what the purchasing options were and Patrick responded with everything they have to offer from layaway, to financing to outright purchase. They use Klarna for financing and it was the easiest process every taking about 5 minutes. I got 0% for 36 months fixed which made the 6k final price very manageable. Ultimately making me feel very confident in my purchase walking out. Rode it all day today and loved every minute. Thanks Patrick!
