We have purchased two Treks from Folsom Bike and continue to have our bikes serviced there and purchase whatever gear we need as well as suggest the store to pals who are shopping for bikes. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The repair technicians are the same. Most importantly, while we don't fit the demographic of the typical rider who spends thousands on a bike, we have consistently found the atmosphere at FB to be genuinely friendly and helpful. Sadly, this isn't the experience we had at some other area bike stores.

We’ve now bought 3 bikes from Folsom Bike, they’re awesome! They donated 4 bikes at Christmas to the Kyle Rutherford family kids, the firefighter that passed away from Sac Metro Fire last year. We will only buy from Folsom Bike from here out, and will refer all of our friends! Very generous company, great service center, and the highest quality bikes!

I called to see what full suspension mountain bikes available on hand. I spoke with Andrew and he was confident and knowledgeable about the stock on hand and helped me find the exact bike I was looking for. They had it ready for a test ride within an hour and then I was taking it home. Andrew got busy and Connor filled in and helped everything go smoothly. They even invited my dogs in and gave them whipped cream and treats. Such a fantastic experience.

Trek FX2 Red is so pretty, easy, comfortable for beginners! I brought this to Folsom Lake right after I bought this ! Really enjoy riding and having fun with my family:-) This is very light so recommend to women riders :-) but my husband also likes this :-) Thank you Folsom Bike !
