Although I have never done so before, I requested to have some new wheels put on my bike via same day of service. Although no I didn’t promise that he could, Shernoff approximately three hours later he called and said that they had put the wheels on. I bought three bikes from Folsom Bike over the years and brought my bike in for service on numerous occasions and appreciate the consideration since I have been a good customer. Great selection and very friendly (non-pushy) sales associates. It was very helpful to test drive the bikes I was interested in before making a purchase. The associates all seemed to be very knowledgeable of every product they have on the floor. They not only know the products they are selling they personally use the different equipment so they are very familiar with pro's and con's of each piece of equipment.
Very knowledgeable and friendly was able to answer my questions and concerns on which bike was best for my wife.
