He was not pushy at all. He let us talk it out but was also available to all questions. Excellent experience and we walked out with a new bike!

Very pleased with purchase I bought a Trek Verve 3. First day riding was 4 hours I just couldn’t get off it . Really cool and comfortable bike it’s like a beach bike but a Cadillac beach bike … very easy to ride shifting is a breeze , so smooth I would definitely recommend this bike for someone who wants to just cruz the bike trails .Up to the lake was a breeze from Fair Oaks

I really don't want to engage in a survey. I will say, however, that the sales rep who helped with my purchase really knew his product, was a good guy and quite helpful. I'd refer friends and family to him for a bicycle anytime.

It was very low pressure. I went in with a general idea of the bike I wanted and staff was super helpful. Let me take it for a test ride and then helped make sure sizeing was right.
Trek has been a very reliable product for me. Your shop both in El Dorado Hills and Folsom are great to visit. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I do wish that some of the products in your shop would be more competitively priced. Example: the cost of a shock pump in your store is $60 and other vendors are charging $27. I don’t mind paying more to support your business, but it is a little extreme. I believe selling more of your product at a competitive price is better than fewer product at higher than normal pricing. My last 3 bikes were purchased from your shop and I am satisfied with all 3 experiences.

Timely and very helpful, knowledgeable staff in the mechanic shop. I was having an issue with a bolt mis-threading on a carbon frame. They re-tapped the threads no problem and had it ready to go the same day I dropped it off.
