Service was fantastic! I informed them that I needed my bike back before a certain date and they exceeded my expectations they got it to me 3 days before the date I said I needed it. My bike is 24yrs old and needed a tune up so to speak and they were able to help me. I'm very grateful for their help!

Good customer service
In my >10 yrs doing business at FB, the staff has been consistently friendly, personable, professional, with strong emphasis on service. The consistency means the management has made these qualities top priorities, which builds customer loyalty. Consequently, although I do not live near FB (30-minute drive away), it is my go-to bike shop.
