Went to Folsom Lake last Memorial Day weekend, I was riding Browns Ravine and mid-ride, I cut a front tire (sidewall) on one of the hundreds of sharp rocks on my tubeless 29er. After the long walk out, and wait for a ride, I was able to stop by the ELDH shop. Zach was able to quickly assess what was needed for the emergency repair/replacement, and was able to get me back on the trail again in less than 15-minutes, new tire, new sealant. awesome service.

I love my bike! When I got it home the next morning the tire was flat. I called, they said bring your bike in and their crew fixed it right away. I got my bike back the very same day. It had a defective inter tub from the manufacturer. The crew is friendly and they take care of business! My bike is just what I wanted. It runs great and it is a beautiful orange!!! LOVE IT!

That you have bike inventory. Specifically, the Liv Avail which I wanted to purchase replacing a stolen one. Andrew, in bike sales, is personable, knowledgeable and helpful in all things related to cycling. Folsom bike excels in customer service, quality products, and plenty of inventory.

Although I live in Sacramento, I spend most weekends riding in and around Folsom so Folsom Bike is base camp for me. My TREK Domane SL7, Garmin 830 and most of my kit and accessories came from FB. The products are quality and the team is experienced and friendly. Service is top-notch too. I would and have sent people to FB and will continue to do so!
