I like that it was done fairly quickly, however we took it for a ride the next week and now it’s wobbly. Not sure where. And it’s definitely more noticeable on pavement over gravel.

Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He spent hours helping us pick out an ebike, patiently answering our questions so we could make an informed choice. He also spent a considerable amount of time training us how to break in and use the bike. Love the service, love the selection. Highly recommend.

I like the friendly attitude/environment and the genuine concern that your folks have for the customer, it’s a very non-threatening environment, whether one is a novice with his/her (or their child’s) first bike or a seasoned pro with many bike tours under their belt.
I've always had a good experience ad Eddy's Bike Shop and this visit was the same, work well done and getting my bike into like near new condition yet again after several thousand miles of riding and this was not that bike's first visit to the shop to keep it in such shape. I trust them to keep my bikes reliable for long rides where ever I go when ever I decide to go. Can't speak highly enough for them.
