One stop shop!
I was cycling in the Lake County area when my gel saddle blew out. As i am from out of town, i didnt know who to call but i tried Eddy's in Willoughby Hills. Deb at the shop measured me for a new saddle, suggested a few, and sold me a good saddle at a good price. Then the shop installed the new saddle on my bike no charge. What a great place! I was quickly back on the road. Highly recommended.

Eddy's service department offered prompt, honest service. They gave me a repair estimate and explanation before I left the shop, and when I picked up the bike everything was as explained. They also quickly resolved some minor issues discovered after repair.

Your store has a nice selection of bikes and accessories. Anytime I have had service performed on any of my bikes the work has always been performed well and within a reasonable time frame.
I like Eddy's bike shop because they have a wide selection of bikes to choose from and a good knowledgeable staff. I just bought a used e-bike there and it had some problems that needed to be fixed and they were more than happy to fix the problems and get me back on the road.
I was worried that they would not want to fix it because it was used, but they solved the issue quickly for me. I will be back for more business.
Amazing staff. Great selection of bikes. The staff will size you for the proper frame size and help you decide which type of bike works best for you. You can even take your prospective purchase for a spin around the lot. Overall a great experience. I would encourage anyone in the market for a bike to visit Eddy's.
I spoke with Chris the manager on Sunday. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good information, which ended in some well-thought out purchases. I probably would have gone another direction (and wasted a lot of time and money) if not for him.
