I purchased my bike from Eddy's. It was my first E-bike, and I was a bit apprehensive initially due to the comparative cost. but I've been so happy to come back in for routine service (brakes, tune up) and then most recently for a full motor replacement, but the technician (First name removed) was truly excellent, from walking me through what the repairs would be and regular communication.
I use the bike daily for work commute and lots of routine errands, so it is really important, and I appreciate your team treating it as importantly as I do.
