I recommend Eddy’s because of what you carry—customer service falls short. I performed all of the meaningful sales functions when a friend bought a Verve—and a helmet, and a rack, and a trunk bag.
I received this eval because I got a replacement rack and trunk bag for the bike I ride with my wife. NO sales staff approached me—period. $200 isn’t a lot to spend, but it’s also not nothing.
