I purchased an E bike this past weekend and the sales staff was very helpful and seemed well informed. You also have what I've found to be one of the best in-store inventories of these bikes. I probably could have found a less expensive product on line but I like the idea of having a service staff that is invested in maintaining the product and standing behind it.
I have a minor problem with my purchase and brought it their attention and they assumed responsibility for what I feel is a design flaw from the manufacturer and they are working to make it right.

The team at Eddy's has yet to steer me wrong on anything. They have great recommendations, only carry products they stand behind, and are low pressure. They're also a ton of fun. It's definitely the team that keeps me coming back.

Great products to fit any budget. The customer service was exceptional. We never felt rushed to make a decision on the bike. The salesperson took all the time with us that we needed. I am very excited to start riding my new red Trek Verve 2!
Everyone I dealt with at the shop was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They had a very good selection of eBikes, making it possible to find the model that works best for me, and in the correct size. My instinct when first shopping for an eBike was that this would not be an item that would be good to purchase online. My in-person experience at Eddy's proved that I was correct.

I was not able to easily open the bike lock that I had purchased when I bought my bike at Eddie's bike shop. But they kindly replaced it with one that was easier for my arthritic hands to handle. Thank you very much!
We were prepared to drop our daughter’s bike off to fix the tire. We were surprised when it took 15 minutes. The gentleman who fixed the tire also told me about some things to get checked out in the winter to tune the bike. Very impressed. Great work!
