What I like about Eddy's is the attentive and personal service. I can buy most of my bike accessories anywhere but I prefer Eddy's because the staff takes the time to get to know what I'm looking for and my needs.

Josh was excellent and took the time to let me ride a couple of bikes, to be sure the fit was correct. He also patiently went through the advantages and disadvantages of several different bikes in which I had interest. He explained the differences between the price ranges and didn't push me into a higher price range. (I actually had a wide price range and he started at the low end with a couple excellent choices.) I did end up buying at the high end of my range, but only because I could, and there were a couple of upgrades at that level that I really liked. taking the bikes for a spin helped cinch my choice.
