Eddy's did an outstanding job from the moment I took in my wife's old hybrid bike to the moment I picked it up. They did a quick assessment as soon as I arrived and told me what they estimated to be the work needed to bring it up to good condition. They followed up with a phone call and offered me two options to consider. I chose the more comprehensive approach and am very pleased with the service. It was fast (just a few days for a lot of work during the busy summer season) and communication was clear throughout. There were no additional charges from the original estimate.
