This is the second Trek I’ve purchased from Eddys. I’ve been to 3 locations and feel the service I received at the Willoughby store was exceptional. The guys there were extremely friendly, informative and helpful. I’ll definitely be back even though I live almost 1 1/2 hrs away.
So happy they had the bike I wanted. Can’t wait to hit the trails with my Fuel Ex 7 !!

The sales person was very thorough and answered all my questions. Was very patient with me and wasn’t pushy with anything. Greeted me at the door which was nice I didn’t have to track someone down and feel like I was a bother.
