Always great service at the North Olmsted store. I called to get my bike repaired and was quoted about 3-4 weeks. Requested two as I was taking the bike out of town. They accomodated. Frank was great when I picked the bike up as I had a few questions. I've been going there for last 20 or so years.

The customer service was amazing, starting with being helpful to coming to the car to help get bikes out of vehicle to helping install a bike rack on the back of vehicle and teaching me as we go.. Store is sticked well with any product that a bike enthusiast would need!

I stopped by to get a replacement tube for my bike and Frank Bolon assisted me. He is awesome! A wealth of knowledge in biking and excellent customer service.
He spent a lot of time showing me and explaining to me how to properly fix a flat and also educated me on chains (repairing and replacing) along with the different types and sizes.
He brought examples out and spent the time going over the differences.
He was never pushing any product on me. Zero pressure.
He was more concerned about the education and proper instruction so I would be equipped in the field in case I had a breakdown.
Frank was incredible. Truly a one of kind especially in these times. I told him he should hold workshops because he truly cares about the customer and is hands on. Never felt like I was taking too much of his time. I will be back!

Having a great selection of world-class bikes is a great start, but kind and helpful employees really make or break a sale. I will never buy my biking gear anywhere else.
They employ qualified tech staff, they are friendly and greet you when you come in and ask how they can help you. They helped me chose a bike lock fixed my bike and it was a very good experience .

The repair shop has always gotten us in and out quick, and they're nice people to work with. They know what they're talking about, which is nice, since I'm a just casual rider who values their expertise.
I had a part on back order for about 3 or 4 months. And they're really nice about refunding me the money since it never came in. Don't anything I wish they would have done different? Is they call me and let me know? It's not looking too good.

Prompt service and good advice for a novice bicyclist. Prices were average for product but the comfort of having in house back up service available and advice makes it way better than purchasing on line. Guys in the shop were professional and hAD GOOD ADVICE.
