I purchased a Townie from here first and later went back and purchased a Townie E bike. I was very pleased with the service. A part broke on my bike and I contacted service and they ordered a new part. It was beyond their control on how long it took for the new part to come in and the service department kept me informed as they checked on the part. When it came in they called me right away and put the new part on my bike.

1. The service department is excellent and officent.
2. The advice they give is right in the money.
3. The took the time to show me what tool I needed and how to put sealer in my tubeless tires.
It is more than the parts, the bikes, erc--- you cannot put a price on their integrity and their helpfulness.
Dave was knowledgeable on bike's. Helped my wife and me, pick out the best bike for each of us. Price for bike's are a little expensive, but after riding them for a few days you can see why.
Large selection
Took our daughters bike to get serviced before the mad rush starts with warmer weather, and we are without a bike for a 5yr old for several weeks. Ended up getting fixed immediately! Can’t believe they would do a quick repair, but it totally happened!
