The 0% financing was the only way we could get the bike we wanted. The salesperson took his time to set up the suspension. I did feel bad because when we walked in an older man had greated us and talked for a bit. Then the store had gotten busy and it looked like he was working with another person. Then the man with the tattoos approached us and we ended up buying the bike with his assistants. I felt like the older man .missed out on a commission from our sale.

I brought in my Sons bike and needed a real good go over .I don't know much about bikes and was thankful the staff was very helpful. When I got the bike back what I thought might have been included in the fix wasn't done and needed a part. I know it was minor a part that was broken before it got into the shop but JB went out of his way to make sure it was corrected.
