After getting fitted for a new bike purchase, I left a pair of street shoes in the shop 6-months ago...when I walked into the shop Steve recognized me and remembered to retrieve my lost shoes! It was a surprise and this kind of thoughtfulness stands out, and is a testimony to the type of professional employees on staff.

Thanks to the wide selection and knowledgeable, friendly, and patient staff person Erik (or Eric), I found the perfect bike. I tried five different bikes, all in the right frame size. I was surprised at how much the one bike felt just right. After the purchase but before picking up the bike, I decided to choose the next model up for better equipment. Eric was 100% interested only in making sure I got the bike that I really wanted. This week at a fitting session, he and the manager made adjustments to the bike and my bike shoe cleats for the best feel. I couldn't think of anything that could've been better.

Dave was very helpful giving me options for new cycling shoes and explaining how to determine a good fit. It was nice to be able to order a pair in the right size. When I picked them up the gentleman (didn't get his name) who check me out offered to put the cleat on new shoes.
