Normally, very satisfied. Nice to have it back two days earlier than promised. Disappointed you did not have nor could get a hood to cover my left brake/shifter. It looks bad taped up as I have it and is a bit uncomfortable to operate. But it works.
I got great delivery service from Michael and excellent initial purchase discussion with Jimmy. Got my first real road bike and am very pleased with the set up and accessories I got from Eddy’s in Stow. Nice big store, great selection and great staff!
We were having a hard time finding Specialized Turbo Como bikes. Every other place we looked said it may take into 2023 before we could get one, and we’d have to take whatever came in. At Eddy’s in Stow, we got exactly what we wanted immediately. It was worth coming all the way from Pittsburgh, PA to get it. They took a lot of time with us to make sure we were satisfied and understood our bikes.

Steve worked absolute MAGIC on my 21-year-old bike from college. I wanted to repair it and tune it up for my teenage son to ride. He wasn't sure if he could fix the bent derailleur, but sure enough, he did!! I got an upgraded tune-up package as well and now it rides like new again!
