Very helpful. Asked me upon entering if I needed help and pointed me to seats. Another then helped me with seats after I looked for a bit at them. Pointed out that there is a return if you are not happy with this seat if you keep the packaging. I like the seat though. Great recommendation.
Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and does not try to oversell. Appreciate the service support for new purchases. Have purchased street bike for errand and non-paved paths (Cannondale Quick) and road bike (Specialized Valez) as well as stationery exercise stand and other equipment and clothing. Have never been dissatisfied with any advice or purchase. I am 75, still riding, can still spin, but no longer trying for 5 hour centuries. I appreciate dealing with professionals who know cycling but do not carry a preference for only 20-50 competitors and disdain towards those of us who love the road, are comfortable at 15 mph, and do not check their watts every millisecond. In sum, love Eddy's and do not even think twice about going anywhere else.

I had my bike serviced by Eddy’s and it needed some work. Also made some changes to make it more comfortable. Everyone in the store was really nice and helpful. Mike actually worked with me on the service and he is the absolute best. He is extremely knowledgeable, asks good questions, listens and makes suggestions. Your bike is in great hands with Mike. Eddy’s is lucky to have him. That is two years in a row he has helped me, and I couldn’t be happier with his service and quality of work. Thanks Mike, and Eddy’s!

I purchased two bikes, including an e bike. Something broke and they are waiting for parts. I am confident that they will call me when the part is in. The service people are very nice and I do not feel like it will be a problem for me to keep calling for my part. It was not their fault that the part is delayed in getting to them.
Everyone really has excellent bike knowledge. I appreciate the fast service and recommendations when it comes to my needs. The guys recognize avid cyclist who like quick turnaround service to get back on the road.

My E-bike had a pedal recall. It's a Trek brand bike with Bontrager Satelite City Pedals. I contacted "Jackson" in the Eddie's Bike Shop service department to see if I needed an appointment to bring my bike in to have the recalled pedals replaced. Jackson told me that he would file a claim with Trek and then they would send replacement pedals to Eddies Bike Shop. Then Eddie's would call me to bring the bike in for the swap out. I bought the bike along with a second one for my wife back in the 2nd quarter of 2021. The recall notice came a couple of months later in the summer of 2021. The replacement pedals were expected in August of 2021. I know that there are issues with parts supply chains and availability. However, I have never heard back from Eddie's Bike Shop and must assume that the replacement pedals never arrived? I had nearly forgotten about the issue until the email asking for this feedback arrived here in February 2022. Let me know if the replacement pedals are in and I'll bring mine and my wife's Trek E-bikes in for the swap outs.

You had the class of bikes I was interested in. The salesman Frasier was very helpful and patient answering my questions. He also showed me different options.
