Eddy's has a large variety of bikes and accessories to choose from and the sales and support staff live in the biking world and honestly know their business and customers. The guys in the back to evaluate, prep and repair the bikes are top-notch.

I like the up-to-date accessories offered. Repairs are frequently made while I wait. I would like that 32-year-old video to be removed. It is outdated, and the lady did not dress as a real bike rider should. It would be better to show the GPS of a rider. --------- #38
Eddy’s employees always take the time to hear what my concerns are whether it is the stupidest question or a question that is needed to be asked. They always make sites to answer the question fully. I feel like just talking to one of the employees makes me a better rider.
I've always gotten my bikes from Eddy's. They have quality products, really knowledgeable and super helpful staff, decent prices and are very helpful with repairs and modifications. The only thing I'd like to see is more of their stores in other locations. :)
