I've been coming to Eddy's for quite some time (over fifteen years) for my bikes and biking needs. Eddy's professionalism has continual. I have cycled all over the USA averaging about 5,000 miles per year and have patronized many bike shops. Eddy's is without a doubt the best and my favorite for everything from bikes to gear to service.
The customer service was great. I went in on Memorial Day looking for a new bike rack. I was disappointed that the email I received from Eddy’s saying the bike racks were 25% off was not true. It was a misleading add. I did appreciate the associates thoroughness and honesty.
