My salesman Frazier was very help full in choosing between the two bikes I was looking at. There was also another Gentleman that help when I stopped in to look at them again, he got the two bikes ready with pedals for when I had a chance to take a test ride. He was an Afghan vet .
Excellent work and quick service
I bought a Trec Verve 2 disc yesterday. The sales Rep Frank B. helped me tremendously. I briefing Frank on my cycling needs he discussed with me the features of the Trec.
He fit me for the proper size, altered the stem hight and height. Went over common accessories, which I purchased. He thoroughly discussed the controls and quick release functions. I took the bike home and the test run great.
Frazier did a great job working with us. I’m fact, everyone was super friendly. Appreciate all the help and answering all our questions!

I purchased a Townie from here first and later went back and purchased a Townie E bike. I was very pleased with the service. A part broke on my bike and I contacted service and they ordered a new part. It was beyond their control on how long it took for the new part to come in and the service department kept me informed as they checked on the part. When it came in they called me right away and put the new part on my bike.
