I live in Florida and have been looking for a three wheel bike for years but have not found a bike shop that had one in stock that I could try to see if I liked it. I stopped at Eddy’s bike shop because I remember going there decades ago when I was a bit younger. Eddy’s not only had one, they had five on the show room floor. I bought one and love it, never thought I would have to go one thousand miles to find my trike. Now the hard part begins getting back in shape.

Jeff was a most excellent salesman. He is knowledgeable and kind. I especially appreciate his understanding that we had traveled a distance and made sure the Trek would be finished so that we could take it home that day. He instructed me in its usage and adjusted it perfectly. The Trek is absolutely amazing as is your fine store. You had everything I wanted to put on my bike and installed them quickly and efficiently. I will highly recommend your store to my friends. You guys are terrific!!!

On late Sunday afternoon I had a flat tire on my recumbent three wheeler. Brought the bike in Monday morning hoping to get it fixed and enjoy this week's glorious weather. Anthony checked with your warehouse and when you did not have the tire, suggested we order through Amazon. It arrived Tuesday and I called to see if you could do the repair. Anthony was off but Dean told me to bring it it. When I brought it to Eddy's, Dean was at lunch but another one of your employees repaired it while I waited and I did not miss riding Tuesday or today. Thank you for such great service.
The young men in the bike shop were personable, friendly and knew what they were talking about. They told me up front what was needed to fix my older bike and offered some suggestions that might be of additional interest, such as a digital speedometer and a puppy carrier. (They also played with my puppy, which she loved.)
I was very surprised when the work was done one day after I had delivered the bike -- I was expecting at least a few days to a week.
Yes, I would recommend them to others and will soon be taking my husband's older bike in for similar repairs.
Great Service
Awesome service, short staffing led the service associate to inform me the bike may need to stay over night, but was able to get it done same day. Worked diligently to get me an estimate for some future work, and although the part needed wasn’t available, said he’d keep in touch if he finds anything and told me everything I needed to know to search for parts on my own. These guys at eddys are the best around.

Eddy's Bike Shop (in Stow) has an impressive selection of bikes in stock. During this crazy period of Covid, It's a rare thing to see this impressive amount of inventory at a store. The staff was very helpful. From the very beginning I worked with Tom, who was extremely helpful in getting me fixed up with the specific bike that I was looking for. Because there is such a shortage of bikes across the country, I assumed I was going to have to get on a long waiting list to get the bike that I wanted. However, while searching online, I saw that Eddy's had what I was looking for. I immediately called and Tom made it all happen for me. I am very grateful for his assistance from the very start. Thank you, Eddy's Bike Shop, for making my recent bike purchase such a success! I would encourage anyone who is looking for a bike to stop in at Eddy's.

My husband and I came in on Sunday to find a bike for me. Tom was so helpful and very informative! He really made it an easy experience because I had no idea where to even start. Eddy's Bike Shop should be selling sourdough biscuits with bike purchases, that would be even more of a game changer on top of great employees like Tom!
